Crimson Consulting Group specializes in strategic level marketing projects and Interactive Services for enterprise level clients. Our growth in the Interactive Services area has created great opportunities for outstanding professionals to join our team.

Our Interactive Services include Web, intranet, extranet, community, eMarketing, eCommerce, eBusiness, and Internet communication. When approached with an interactive project, our Crimson Interactive Services Partner initially determines the underlying business and marketing challenges. At the end of the day, our clients don’t have a web project; they have a business need that requires an interactive solution.

The Interactive Services Recruiter works closely with Crimson Interactive Services Partners driving the project to identify and recruit Interactive consultants for project teams. This role involves developing strong relationships with Consultants and suggesting new strategies for attracting high level talent.

MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years recruiting web strategists, information architects, user experience designers, application architects, web developers and eMarketers candidates
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with high level business professionals
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree

STRONGLY PREFER:

• Experience with an Interactive agency such as: Avenue A/Razorfish, M2 Consulting, Sapient, Modus Link, Macromedia, Aquent or similar in a Staffing capacity

Job Status: Long term Contract – part to full time (flexible hours)
