As part of Crimson's Operations & Execution Services, Partner Marketing Manager needed to engage mid-tier breadth partner channel to drive customers to trial and test drive client’s software platform.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Engaging with partners and collaborate with client’s mid-tier partner organization to drive sales of select enterprise software offerings, including recent release for smaller mid-tier partners, driving online trial and purchase via:
- Direct mail campaigns
- Lead development and nurturing such as executing email drops and planned promotions
- Leverage other web sales tools such as SEO / keyword search, banners, etc.
- For more established mid-tier partners, collaborating with the partner organization in executing against target monthly milestones to drive customer / partner engagements via:
- Email campaigns and newsletters
- Webcasts / webinars and related events
- Other sales tools and marketing materials both within the company’s current arsenal and those created by the Partner Program Manager
MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience in a partner marketing/management role for a top tier high technology company (Cisco, IBM, Microsoft, Salesforce.com-Appxchange, SAP, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience and success with partner recruiting programs and/or partner program execution delivering engagements with partners
- Experience building partner strategies and deploying partner marketing programs
Working knowledge of partner processes
- Proven examples of success working cross functionally in a highly complex, matrixes organization
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications
- A clear track record of self-initiated successes
STRONGLY PREFER:
- MBA from a Top Tier Business School
- Knowledge of Cisco, HP, Microsoft, IBM, Salesforce.com, SAP, and other top IT / software vendors partner programs
Job Status: Project Based
Location: On-site in Seattle, WA. Area (some possible off-site flexibility)
