Crimson's Interactive business is growing. As a key member of our Interactive Services group, you will help our Fortune 100 clients by bringing together business objectives, technology and user experience to deliver effective and high-value global web programs. This role will be heavily focused on project scoping and creating presentations to help drive our interactive services business development effort.
Client Engagement Manager responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Leading client discussion sessions and documenting web project requirements
- Project scoping and developing project framework
- Assist in building web strategies in areas including: community, social media and web marketing
- Creation of client planning documents: presentations, proposals, project plans, strategy documents, marketing plan, social media campaigns, etc.
- Collaborating with design, development, production and project management team members to ensure the execution of documented strategies
MUST HAVE:
- 5-7+ years experience in an Account Manager role focused on web strategy or web marketing role
- Strong client facing experience and ability to drive client discussions
- Experience creating proposals and developing project framework
- A thorough understanding of all aspects of interactive marketing, including social media marketing
- Experience consulting to Fortune 100 companies on strategic marketing issues
STRONGLY PREFER:
- Experience working for an interactive agency such as: Organic, Avenue A/Razorfish, Frog Design, Sapient or similar
- Experience in a web marketing role at a Fortune 100 company
Location: Bay Area or Peninsula based, (off-site flexibility)
