#4096 Senior Enterprise Web Developer: Cold Fusion

As part of Crimson’s Interactive Services, Senior Web Developer: Cold Fusion needed to lead and manage a team of Cold Fusion developers in the creation of an enterprise web portal. As a Senior Enterprise Web Developer: ColdFusion, you will be required to design, develop, maintain and troubleshoot dynamic web applications. Ideal candidates must possess at least 3 years of day-to-day rapid web application development experience on large systems using ColdFusion, SQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript and CSS. Advanced SQL query-writing, stored procedure development, database design and CFC development skills are required; knowledge of object-oriented design, AJAX, Flash and ActionScript are also preferred. You will be acting as a member of the clients’ virtual web team in a remote environment. Project requires a self-directed individual, who can effectively manage project responsibilities in a virtual working environment, and utilize your own computer remotely.

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years in a senior web development role
• 5+ years working on a corporate or enterprise web site, portal, or large web development team
• 3+ years in Cold Fusion development/ rapid web application development experience on large systems using ColdFusion, SQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript and CSS.
• Advanced SQL query-writing, stored procedure development, database design and CFC development skills are required
• Advanced Project Management skills, ability to manage remote web teams
• Enterprise-level web site implementation knowledge
• Understanding of information architecture and website usability
• Flexibility and ability to work reliably under deadlines

STRONGLY PREFER:

• Knowledge of object-oriented design, AJAX, Flash and ActionScript
• Experience in enterprise web development environments at companies such as Adobe Systems, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Sun, Symantec or similar
• Experience in enterprise web development at agencies such as Sapient, Organic, Razorfish or similar
• Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Business, or related field or relevant experience

Location: Remote (some-on site work required)
Duration: 2-12 months, (2 to 2.5 days per week)
