#4270 Product/Software Development Lifecycle Leader

As part of Crimson’s Products and Markets Service, Consultant needed to lead our client through a change management process within product management and product development to create a new Product Lifecycle Management discipline.

Our client has disparate product groups building non-integrated products. Their goal is to move toward building integrated solutions so that multiple products and product lines converge to a single customer experience. The primary focus will be on the product management organization.

MUST HAVE:

• 15+ years executive leadership in software product management
• 10+ years experience leading organizations though complex changes at the executive level
• Experience with TQM and/or process reengineering projects at a corporate level
• Deep understanding of the product development life cycle (preferably with software)
• Corporate change management experience, leading organizational strategy, design, and organization structure and process changes

STRONGLY PREFER:

• MBA
• Strategy consulting experience
• Experience in managing teams of software product managers

Location: South Bay, (on-site)
Duration: 4-6 months, (part-to-full-time)
