#4319 Customer Experience Project Manager – Net Promoter

As part of Crimson's Markets and Products Services, Consultant needed to serve as a project manager working with the customer experience management team of an enterprise level software company. This role will have a strong emphasis on data analysis, results presentations, and collaboration with stakeholders across functional and regional areas to drive action planning and follow-up. Project Manager will act as a thought leader and catalyst for the rest of the organization to define and implement enhancements that improve customer experience.

MUST HAVE:

  • 2-3+ years experience in a project manager role focused on customer loyalty programs
  • Net Promoter Certification and 2-3+ years hands-on experience
  • Understanding of the concepts of statistics
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiply project
  • Ability to relate survey data to potential business issues, challenges, or opportunities
  • Ability to facilitate root cause analysis discussions

STRONGLY PREFER:  

  • Experience in a high tech/software development environment
  • MBA

Location: South Bay, (some off-site flexibility)
Duration: 3-5 months, full-time
