As part of Crimson’s Products and Markets Services, Consultant is needed to develop a marketing speakers bureau for an enterprise level high tech company. Project will involve developing a member program for internal employees to speak at various of sales and/or marketing events; and includes processes for enrollment marketing, member registration, training and certification, skills and event tracking, and designing an incentive and reward program for registered members.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Designing member role descriptions and categorization of member skills
- Designing incentive and reward programs for member participation
- Designing on-going enrollment marketing for attracting new members
- Designing a skills assessment, training, and certification program
- Implementing enhancements to registration and skills tracking process
- Designing a member feedback loop for sales/marketing team feedback
- Reviewing existing SharePoint application and recommend system/process improvements
- Designing and implementing overall program success criteria and metrics
MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years experience designing and managing skills assessment, training, and certification programs
- 5+ years experience designing and implementing incentive and rewards programs
- Experience working across multiple sales and marketing functions
- Experience implementing program success metrics
STRONGLY PREFER:
- 5+ years experience managing an internal speaker’s bureau
- Experience in the security market
- SharePoint experience
- MBA
Location: South Bay, (full-time, on-site)
Duration: 3-6 months, (potential to develop into a long-term opportunity)
