Professional Experience
Dirk Olsen is a strategic development, channel marketing execution, operations and systems leader with nearly 20 years of consulting and operating experience in the technology industry.

Dirk’s specialty is in guiding client executive management teams to achieve dramatic results, by driving focus on frameworks for Marketing Strategies, Channels, Operations and Systems. These Tailored strategies are typically enabled by Social Media, CRM, Partner Portals, Lead Management Campaigns and Content Management tools integrated with other legacy systems.

Dirk was formerly the US Channel Chief for Acer building and managing an $800M channel business. Prior to that, Dirk was Vice President of Global CRM at Electrolux Group where he created the Global Demand Center. Dirk started his management consulting career at KPMG.

During the course of his career, Dirk has helped drive strategy and performance at leading companies such as Acer, Apple, Hewlett Packard, Motorola, Electrolux, Hitachi Data Systems, Yamaha Motorsports and Microsoft. Dirk is a published thought leader on the subject of CRM, channel sales and marketing, having worked and lived all around the world.

Education
Dirk holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Santa Clara University. Dirk enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children.
