Crimson Thought Leadership on Marketing Process and Organizational Design
Developed Vertical Route to Market Processes for Solution Selection and Partner Identification
Crimson developed a set of repeatable processes and tools for solution selection, solution ecosystem assessment, and partner identification. We created a methodology for identifying potential partners with discrete influence over both the customer acquisition process and the solution definition process. In addition, we created a series of templates and tools identifying key partner selection criteria, enabling rapid and effective partner prioritization. Crimson defined a Best-in-Class approach incorporating our client's existing Best Practices and Crimson's Best Practices.
Generated Organization Design for Solution Development Group
Crimson created a new organizational design enabling the Solutions Development group to meet strategic objectives. Launched under a transformation roadmap and guided by key goals and metrics, the design defined organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities. The project created performance metrics, defined roles, responsibilities and accountabilities, key processes and enabling technologies, and established deliverables and services. Crimson conducted working sessions with staff and key stakeholders to drive adoption.
Managed Global Systems Integrator Program
Crimson developed market strategies and a quarterly plan for our client's partner program for key Global System Integrators. Crimson worked with the Channel Solutions group team and GSI Alliance to promote repeatable solutions to and through system integrators.
Performed Marketing Program Development, Management and Prioritization Process
Crimson developed an end-to-end framework for our client's marketing program management approach for the mid-market. Working across the organization -- including campaign, vertical solution, strategic partner and solution development teams -- we created a phased end-to-end program roadmap, and defined an integrated management process to guide the development, launch, and program termination across the entirety of mid-market marketing. This approach enabled Crimson to effectively launch the program and to train our client's teams regarding usage.
Provided Web Redesign Program Management
Crimson developed the information architecture for our client's website based on a new company branding and customer management strategy. As part of this project, Crimson provided program management and advisory support as the new site was built out. This involved ongoing interaction with the content and design teams to ensure the new site aligned with the overall Web strategy.
