Paul Lencioni - Engagement Partner

Professional Experience
Paul Lencioni is a strategic development and marketing leader and consultant with experience working with large corporations, startups, and international organizations in the technology industry.

During Paul’s 25 years business experience he created successful business plans for emerging technology companies, negotiated significant partnership and vendor relationships, and oversaw strategic research that led to improvements in product design and revenue generation.

Most recently, Paul developed go-to-market plans, built strategic partnerships, and led new product development for regional telecommunications providers, and for leading digital media and cloud computing firms.

At Cisco Systems he led commercial applications and was a founding member of a “Top 20 Strategic Initiative” – transitioning the company’s growth in the embedded software solutions arena. He developed business plans, partnerships, marketing collateral, launched new products, and led several successful proposal efforts, and also built a global consulting practice for Service Providers.

Paul serves on the Board of Directors of a Regional Telecommunications and Cloud Computing services provider and the Advisory Board to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Engineering.

Education
Paul earned his B.S. from the University of Illinois, an M.B.A. from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, and has participated in high-tech marketing programs at both Stanford and Harvard Business Schools.

Personal:
In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, and being outdoors, including mountain biking, skiing, and hunting.
