If I’m a Small Company, How Can Crimson Help Me?

Most of Crimson’s clients are over $1 Billion in revenue. However, over the years, Crimson has worked with many smaller companies as well.

Our typical client at a smaller company is the CEO or other very senior executive.

Some smaller companies can budget for engagements that look like our “large company” engagements – a project led by a Crimson Partner, with Crimson employees and other consultants on the team, usually conducted on a fixed-fee basis.

Other smaller companies have much more limited budgets and are looking for a more cost-effective way to address their issues. For these companies, Crimson will provide an individual consultant who will work directly with the senior executive, usually on an hourly basis. In this situation, no Crimson Partner oversees or takes responsibility for the work – instead, the client takes responsibility for managing the consultant directly.
