Conducted Concept Testing for New Technical Support Offering
Crimson conducted a concept testing for a Beta version of a new technical support offering in order to steer roadmap and development decisions and determine key feature requirements for the final version of the product. This study focused on the SMB market segment in the U.S., the European Union and Asia Pacific. Crimson used phone interviews with likely buyers to validate marketplace acceptance of such an offering within the SMB marketplace.
