Crimson's Interactive business is growing. As a key member of our Interactive Services group, you will help our F1000 clients by bringing together business objectives, technology and user experience to deliver effective and high-value global web programs. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to create smart, innovative solutions for our clients.

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years experience in a web strategy or web marketing role
• 2+ years of project management or client management experience
• A thorough understanding of all aspects of Web 2.0 and interactive marketing
• Experience consulting to F1000 companies on strategic marketing issues
• A strong attention to detail and exceptional organization, strategic and analytical skills
• Skills and enthusiasm to lead projects to successful completion
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to connect effectively at all levels of an organization.

STRONGLY PREFER:

• Experience with an interactive agency
• Experience in a web marketing role at a F1000 company

Job Status: Projects based
Location: Off-site flexibility

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Leading discovery sessions and documenting client requirements
• Conducting market research and competitive audits
• Developing user personas and scenarios
• Building web strategies in areas including: community, social media and ecommerce
• Collaborating with design, development, production and project management team members to ensure the execution of documented strategies
