Q: Do I need to be a Crimson employee to get a referral bonus?
A: No, virtually anyone can qualify for this referral program.*

Q: Is there a situation where I might not get a referral bonus?
A: If the candidate has contacted us or been contacted by us already. (You can verify this by talking with your contact.)

Q: Am I paid a referral bonus for helping you find a consultant for one of your projects?
A: No, referral bonuses are paid for employees hired by Crimson, the current positions are listed in Join Our Team

Q: How much does it pay?
A: $2500 for a Partner, $1000 for a non-Partner position.

Q: When does it pay?
A: Two weeks after they start.

Q: OK, this is easy, how do I submit a referral?
A: Just send an email to jobs@crimson-consulting.com with your contact information and the name of the person you are referring.

* People who don't qualify for the program include: the hiring manager, recruiters assigned to fill the positions nor their managers, the employee hired for the position.
