Crimson Consulting Group Inc. is a leading interactive services firm focusing on web strategy, design, and development. Through our offices in Silicon Valley and Research Triangle we serve forward-thinking enterprise clients on major initiatives, including Adobe, Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Seagate, and Verizon.

We are looking for a smart, self-motivated web producer capable of working remotely using our collaboration, publishing, and desktop-sharing tools. Day-to-day tasks include HTML page coding, coding web templates, loading client web content, and acting as the client's "virtual webmaster" in a remote environment.

We seek someone with good web site implementation knowledge, with some technical web skills but not necessarily a web developer. We seek someone with:

• Hand-coded HTML skills
• Intermediate or expert web layout and design skills
• Good working knowledge of JavaScript
• Ability to manipulate graphics, using tools like PhotoShop or PaintShop Pro
• Willing to learn new web publishing and content management tools
• Able to work reliably under deadline
• Excellent communication skills: able to interface with partners and clients

Crimson is growing its web development practice, building an exceptional community of information architects, user experience designers, and Web developers. We're looking for someone who is smart and responsible, with an interest in working with premier clients and world-class teams. We seek a self-directed individual able to work remotely on their own computer, who can work effectively in a distributed, virtual environment, and who can manage their own responsibilities. Some occasional travel and on-site work may be required.

MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years in a web production role
• 3+ years working on a corporate or enterprise web site, portal, or web application
• Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

STRONGLY PREFER:

• Customer support experience
• Content editing and proofreading
• Knowledge of Web2.0 fundamentals including collaboration
• Familiarity with portals, Web 2.0, and Content Management systems
