Portal Development Projects Crimson is responsible for the design, development and hosting of several of Seagate’s key marketing portals. SEAGATE BRANDING PORTAL Crimson is currently building and hosting Seagate’s worldwide branding portal, designed to serve as a one-stop shop for staff, partners, vendors, and agencies to access all of Seagate’s marketing and corp comm deliverables, including photos, images, press kits, collateral, signage and tradeshow graphics. PROJECT MANAGEMENT PORTAL Crimson defined and developed a project management system that allows Seagate to manage over 50 projects per month in the web marketing group. The system includes task and hours tracking for outside contractors as well as in-house web producers and developers PROJECT DOCUMENT PORTAL Crimson helped Seagate manage projects across Europe and Asia by building a project-based document management portal that could be accessed by Seagate staff, Crimson consultants, and Seagate vendors and agencies across the world, enabling transparent collaboration among all parties.
